Steph joined our team after graduating from Macquarie University with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree. During this degree, Steph had the opportunity to conduct research with physiotherapists from the Australian Institute of Sport. This research looked at hip and knee strength ratios in elite runners.

Steph has also completed a Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Sydney University. Over the winter season, she has also been involved in AFL sports coverage with the Pennant Hills Demons. Steph herself has been highly involved in athletics particularly middle distances and enjoys playing hockey and touch football.
